FSELeaseHub is an independent community tool for publishing and managing FSEconomy-related aircraft lease listings. This page explains, in a general and practical way, how the platform handles personal data.

Who is responsible for the data

The responsible party for the personal data processed through this website is Leuros88, operating FSELeaseHub. Contact email: info@fseleasehub.com. This includes data processed in connection with account requests, owner accounts, aircraft listings, public boards, contact details, and general platform operation.

What data may be collected

The platform may process account and operational data such as your FSEconomy forum nickname, your FSE Game World Website username, your chosen contact details, submitted aircraft information, public board details, anonymous aggregated page view statistics, and technical records needed for basic platform operation.

Why the data is used

The data is used to create and manage user accounts, allow access to the owner and admin panels, publish and manage listings, display public profile and contact information chosen by the user, and measure anonymous public page traffic.

Public data

Your FSEconomy forum nickname may be shown publicly on FSELeaseHub. The public board may also display the board name associated with your account. If you choose Discord as your public contact method, the Discord username or server information you configure may also be displayed publicly on listing-related pages.

Legal basis

The processing is based on your request to use the platform, the need to manage the service you asked for, and, where appropriate, your clear acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice before sending account-related forms.

Sharing of data

FSELeaseHub does not sell personal data. Data may be accessed by authorized administrators when necessary for platform management, support, operational tasks, or legal compliance.

Administrator access

Authorized administrators may access, view, modify, or delete information stored on the platform when needed for administration, support, maintenance, or content management. By using the platform, users acknowledge that administrators may perform these actions on account data, listings, public board content, and related submissions.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to operate the platform, manage listings, and comply with legal or technical obligations. If an owner uses the account deletion feature, the platform will delete the account and related data in accordance with the deletion logic available in the service at that time.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your data through the tools made available in the owner panel or by writing to info@fseleasehub.com.

External services

The platform may connect with third-party services such as FSEconomy or Discord only to the extent necessary to operate the features offered by the site. Those external services have their own privacy policies and conditions, which are independent from this website.

Technical cookies

This website only uses strictly necessary technical cookies or session storage required for login, security, and basic site operation. It also stores a simple preference cookie to remember that you accepted the cookie notice. Public view statistics are generated from anonymized hashes derived from the active session and are stored only as aggregated counters and pseudonymous daily deduplication records. It does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or behavioral tracking cookies at this time.

Aircraft Notes

Owners can store private notes for each of their leased aircraft through the Pilot Billing section. These notes are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC with a key derived from the owner's password (PBKDF2, 100,000 iterations) and a per-owner Master Note Key wrapped with AES-256-GCM. Each encryption uses a unique random initialization vector. This means the notes cannot be read even if the database is compromised, as decryption requires the owner's password which is never stored in plain text.

Aircraft notes are only visible to the owner on the authenticated owner panel. They are never displayed publicly, never indexed by search engines, never cached, and never shared with third parties or administrators. Notes are automatically and permanently deleted when the management contract for that aircraft is cancelled, or when the account password is reset.

Do not store sensitive personal information, passwords, financial data, or unauthorized content in aircraft notes. The notes feature is intended for operational reminders and private annotations only.

Important notice

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information in free-text fields. The platform is designed for community account management and aircraft listing activity, not for storing special categories of personal data.
