This platform is provided as a managed listing board for aircraft lease activity related to the FSEconomy community. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked to protect the service and its users.

Users must provide accurate account, contact, and aircraft information. Fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized submissions may be removed without notice.

Owners remain responsible for the listings they publish, the conditions they offer, and any agreements or communications established with pilots or third parties.

FSELeaseHub verifies the owner account before activation. FSELeaseHub also verifies the aircraft that are published on the platform and checks that they belong to the linked FSEconomy user or to the linked FSEconomy group at the time of review. Owners or groups may change the aircraft registration after verification, sell the aircraft, or transfer it to another person. Please be aware that FSELeaseHub is not responsible if these changes occur and the published listing no longer matches. We recommend verifying the aircraft on fseconomy.net to confirm its availability, description, and owner before making any agreement with the owner.

FSELeaseHub does not act as an intermediary between the owner and the pilot, and does not participate in the negotiation, price, final conditions, or execution of any lease agreement.

Any agreement, payment arrangement, private condition, or conversation between the owner and the pilot takes place outside FSELeaseHub using a third-party contact method chosen by the users, such as the FSEconomy forum or Discord.

Because those communications take place through channels outside FSELeaseHub, we cannot provide guarantees about the content, identity, honesty, security, delivery, outcome, or enforceability of those conversations or agreements.

FSELeaseHub assumes no responsibility or liability for disputes, scams, misunderstandings, broken agreements, incorrect prices, unavailable aircraft, or any other problem arising from communications or arrangements made outside the platform.

FSELeaseHub is an experimental platform. We cannot guarantee any level of availability, continuity, permanence, uninterrupted access, or long-term storage of data, listings, or account content on the website.

The Premium membership cost shown on FSELeaseHub is part of a virtual agreement and is handled as a virtual transaction inside fseconomy.net. It is not real money, but a virtual in-game currency used within fseconomy.net.

FSELeaseHub has no contractual relationship, business partnership, or formal agreement with fseconomy.net. FSELeaseHub is only a virtual community tool related to that environment.

The activity of FSELeaseHub is purely virtual and hobby-based. It is operated by people acting in their free time and it is not a real-world business, company, or commercial enterprise.

Everyone is welcome on the platform, but we ask the community to act responsibly. Users must keep their information accurate, submit correct data, and keep the status, availability, and conditions of their aircraft updated at all times.

Any account that attempts fraud, abuse, impersonation, manipulation, repeated misinformation, or negligent use of the platform may be suspended, restricted, or permanently banned from FSELeaseHub at the sole discretion of the administration.

Aircraft Notes

The aircraft notes feature allows owners to store private notes for each of their leased aircraft. These notes are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC with a per-owner derived key and are only accessible to the owner after authentication. Notes are never displayed publicly, indexed by search engines, or shared with third parties.

Users must not store sensitive personal information, passwords, financial data, or any content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights in these notes. The platform assumes no responsibility for the content stored in aircraft notes. Notes are automatically and permanently deleted when the corresponding management contract is cancelled or when the password is reset by an administrator.
